Chevra Kadisha is the traditional practice that supports and assists Jewish families and communities in dealing with the end of life.
Kauai Rabbi Rob Kvidt is an active participant in the new interisland Chevra Kadisha and is studying at the Gamliel Institute. He invites all of us to join other Jews in Hawaii for this important gathering on Zoom. Come explore and learn how Chevra Kadisha supports the Jewish community, including rituals that guide us through the most challenging times, offering a pathway for embracing life fully, accepting its inevitable losses, and doing it as a community.
